Supervises and schedules 8 nurses and 25 caregivers.
Follows and enforces TN Dept. of Health regulations, Webb House Policies and Procedures, and Webb House Handbook Standards.
Works closely with the Administrator and other departments to ensure resident needs are met.
Coordinates resident medical needs with families, physicians, and outside healthcare agencies.
