This role will function as the Senior Manager, Product in a team working to build next generation product and services within the shop management and B2C service space. The Senior Manager, Product is responsible for delivering business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality products. Within their designated enterprise product, the Senior Manager, Product focuses on delivering value by leading the strategic vision and product roadmap across the customer journey and ensuring all products within their portfolio are aligned to the vision. The Senior Manager, Product identifies and connects interdependencies with other products within the customer journey. They support business reviews, communicate the product vision, and present across all levels of the organization.This Senior Manager, Product role will oversee and direct the creation of products related to Service Processes & Shop Foundations in the Shop Management portfolio. They will also orchestrate work addressing customer pain points across the GPC enterprise, and lead teams in the definition, discovery, design, development, and delivery of end-to-end experience capabilities leveraging technology, operations, and process.ResponsibilitiesStrategicCollaborate with engineering to translate business strategy into product strategyOwn and maintain product opportunity and delivery roadmapsMaintain knowledge of competitive landscape and technology innovationsDrive growth & efficiency for the business by applying domain expertise to provide thought leadership and translate vision into actionExecutionDefine and communicate value propositions, OKRs, success metrics, and outcomesDevelop deep knowledge of business processes for the domainDrive prioritization of product capabilitiesCollaborate and drive cross-domain prioritization and sequencing of activitiesCreate/document/track KPIs to measure relevant business goals for the domainStakeholder ManagementRepresent domain during enterprise planning and discoveryManage stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping, backlog and delivery aligns with product strategyProvide regular updates to product roadmap and outcomesTacticalRepresent business throughout technology development processDocument requirements (functional and non-functional) via epics, features and user storiesMaintain and prioritize product backlogTrack releases and communicate delivery roadmapPlan and conduct user showcases and acceptance testingWork with agile practitioners and engineering to improve the overall delivery lifecycleOther duties as assignedLocation:Work location is our Atlanta HQ office.We offer a Flexible Work Policy that permits eligible employees to work a hybrid remote schedule.Desired Qualifications & ExperiencesDegree in Computer Science or Engineering fields or equivalent years of experience preferred10 years’ experience in product and/or experience management.10 years’ experience in scrum/agile development methodology.10 years’ experience participating in product backlog prioritization and grooming/refinement.10 years’ product ownership and helping drive road-mapping, planning, and delivery in an agile environment.3 years’ experience designing and setting up experimentation, A/B tests and measuring key KPIs based on optimization objectives.Knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket Industry Catalog Exchange Standards like ACES and PIES is a plusExperience in defining strategy and roadmap for exposing the product catalog, vehicle, location platform services in the form of necessary APIs and feeds required for the clients and partners.Demonstrated experience with analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to use data to break down complex problems and formulate plans.Experience supporting, mentoring and managing product owners remotely is a plusExperience in the B2B and service industry such as hospitality, medical or food is a plusMastery of identifying goals, metrics and analytics to measure product valueProficiency in creating, prioritizing and accepting user storiesProficiency in conducting user research and testing to understand needsProficiency in conducting competitive research and analysisProficiency in guiding more junior team members through Product Management fundamentals in a professional setting
