About The Role
This Senior Product Manager has U.S. responsibility for our first-to-market AGENT Drug-Coated Balloon, focused on developing and executing the business plan initiatives for this strategic product category and key marketing strategies. In this role you will be leading the overall U.S. go-to-market strategy on the AGENT DCB to shape the launch trajectory in this Billion-dollar market, including developing and executing the franchise integrated market business plan. This will require strong collaboration across multiple teams and functions, excellent strategic insight, and a wide bandwidth to execute at an Executive level.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Helping to shape our market awareness, market penetration & adoption and utilizing influence-management skills to achieve revenue/margin targets.Develop Annual Operating Plans, as well as Strategic Plans, to exceed Corporate financial directives.Execute both Sales and Marketing initiatives including working with our Sales team to continue launch efforts, work with KOLs to increase awareness, shape our clinical strategy to expand our clinical offerings, work with R&D on next-generation iterations, drive supply chain for optimized customer experience and act as our brand champion across the organization for DCBs.Partner with Medical Science, Communications and Programs, Global Marketing Analytics and Education Program Management, taking full advantage of their expertise to maximize product and project success.Provide leadership for the franchise marketing processes and key marketing project deliverables by recommending and participating in managing the set of resources required for the franchise to meet its business plan.Establish, build, and maintain key internal and external relationships, including cross functional teams, other franchises, sales, and opinion leaders.Partner with finance, sales, and supply chain to develop the forecast as well as resolve other operationally related issues.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience3+ years of experience in product marketingDemonstrated success managing complex businessesExcellent communication skills, including experience creating compelling presentations and effective communication of recommendationsWillingness to travel up to 25%Preferred Qualifications
