We provide engineered pumping solutions to our customers’ applications in Water and Oil & Gas markets.The General Manager is responsible for leading this $86MM business and will provide strategic, commercial, operational, and technical leadership to grow the business. With two sites (one in Rochester, NY and one in Punta Gorda, FL), Pulsafeeder has approximately 150 employees.Reporting Relationships:The Pulsafeeder General Manager will report directly to the Intelligent Water Platform President. This role’s direct reports will include leaders of HR, Sales, Operations, and Engineering.Responsibilities:Provide strategic, commercial, and technical leadership to the Pulsafeeder business.Determine the long-term strategy to continue strategic growth in focused end markets (Industrial Water, Municipal Water, and Wastewater Treatment).Drive the achievement of sustainable revenue growth while maintaining profit margins and building a culture of continuous improvement.Focus on customer obsession, building great global teams, diversity, equity, and inclusion.Full Profit/Loss responsibility for a $86MM business.Develop a business strategy that facilitates strategic innovation in the core growth market.Increase revenue from $86MM to $110MM by 2027.Create and sustain a high-performance culture.Focus on increasing the development of new products.Build strong customer and partnership relationships.Lead key IDEX operating model tools.Build a 10-year New Product roadmap.Build bridge for IoT connected products and platform software strategy.Key Characteristics:Engaging leaders to drive a culture of innovation and critical thinking.High impact communicator.Demonstrates a level of Business & Financial Acumen.Manages change and is adaptable.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated ability to handle risk and uncertainty.Strategic thinker.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to increase employee engagement.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering / Technical field preferred); MBA preferred.Successful track record of General Management and/or Leadership experience in Water industry preferred.Experience in Industrial Water, Municipal Water, and Wastewater Treatment markets.Experience with Export Controlled Products.Global business experience, specifically in India preferred.Experience with implementing LEAN and/or Six Sigma tools.Track record as an agent of change.Excellent communication, relationship building, and leadership skills.Ability to travel domestically & internationally as required.Total RewardsThe compensation range for this position is $192,900.00 - $289,300.00, depending on experience.Benefits PackageOur comprehensive U.S. benefit offerings include: Health benefits, 401(k) retirement savings program with company match, PTO, and more.IDEX is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Affirmative Action Employer.
