As a Senior Marketing Manager at MagicLinks, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives across various channels. The ideal candidate is a marketing generalist with a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns (social, email, paid ads, events), generating qualified leads, and adapting quickly to changing needs. We're looking for someone who is creative, analytical, and excited to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.You'll be reporting to our VP of Marketing and working closely with the marketing team and cross-functional partners.Develop and/or support & implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content, events, and paid mediaCollaborate with the team to create engaging and on-brand marketing materials, such as blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and moreSupport brand strategy initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpointsConduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities for growthLead the planning and executing of both virtual and in-person events, such as webinars and conferencesAnalyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to optimize future effortsMinimum Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience in marketing, with proficiency in lead generation, digital marketing, events, and content creationBroad understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEMProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detailStrong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Hubspot to measure campaign effectivenessExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldPassion for the influencer marketing space and a desire to make an impact in a growing companyTotal Rewards
