We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven founding Demand Generation Lead to join our dynamic marketing team at Magical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies that generate high-quality leads and drive customer engagement. This will be the first time Magical is hiring for this role, so your experience and impact will be carving out a new function at the company.

Core responsibilities

Demand Generation Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with Magical's target customer segments and business objectives.

Channel Management:

Oversee and optimize performance across various demand generation channels, including events, content marketing, performance marketing, sponsorships, and more.

Lifecycle Marketing:

Own and manage Magical's lifecycle marketing program by developing journeys and writing emails for various stages of the customer journey.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.

Lead Generation:

Develop and implement targeted lead generation programs, such as webinars and events, to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

Market Research:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.

Performance Analysis:

Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in demand generation, preferably in a B2B environment.

Proven track record of planning and executing successful demand generation campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform marketing strategies.

Proficient in marketing automation software and CRM systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

High level of creativity and innovation.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.

Experience at early stage company (preferred).
