Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product development lifecycle, from inception to launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver products that align with our company’s vision and market needs.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
Define product features and capabilities based on business requirements, customer feedback, and technology trends.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support.
Manage the entire product development process from concept to launch, including prioritizing features, coordinating development timelines, and conducting user acceptance testing.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product performance to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve products.
Communicate product updates, roadmap plans, and strategy to stakeholders, including executives, investors, and team members.
Mentor and coach junior product managers and cross-functional team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or another related field is desired.
Proven track record as a product manager for at least 5-10 years.
Strong understanding of technology, user experience, and agile development methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
