ResponsibilitiesThe Director Outpatient Services oversees all outpatient services at their location. They should possess a thorough knowledge of and demonstrated experience with human/social service program administration and records keeping practices. Exceptional verbal and written skills are required, along with knowledge of State Licensing regulations and policies. The ability to train and supervise professional staff is essential.

Plan, organize, direct, and implement all administrative and program operations for the location.

Develop and administer a plan for the orientation, development, and training of staff.

Act as a liaison to appropriate businesses, organizations, systems, and individuals in the treatment community.

Develop administrative, personnel, and program policies.

Manage all licensing requirements, regularly auditing charts, performing fire drills, and preparing staff for licensing on-site visits.

Lead in the development and execution of the organization's mission and vision.

Attend clinical and treatment meetings as needed.

Provide clinical clearance of individuals seeking care.

Participate in outreach and marketing activities to promote the program.

Maintain building and communicate with the owner about any issues.

Facilitate group therapy when necessary.

Manage the office space including scheduling group room space.

Develop workshops and training seminars.

Recruit, interview, and hire independent contractors and employees.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field required from an accredited or state-approved graduate school. Doctorate preferred.

Licensed in Marriage Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work is required in the state in which you are applying.

Experience in an organization, other human service for-profit organization, or healthcare/hospital setting.

Minimum of two years' experience providing service in an outpatient setting.

Demonstrated effective management approach in staff development and operations.

Exemplary experience in the planning, delivery, and administration of social service, addiction, and/or family programs.

Pay range for this position is $105,000 - $130,607 annually depending upon education and experience.
