The Better Together team is focused on designing, building, and delivering the core framework and capabilities that enable devices across the Google device ecosystem to compound each other’s value. Better Together sets the stage where your services and state move seamlessly as you move between devices. We want to scale the Better Together technologies and platform to enable internal and external partners to build multi-device experiences across all form factors.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Define and execute on the Carrier Connectivity for Android, initiatives including eSIM, Calling, Messaging, 5GDefine and execute features for upcoming Android releases in close collaboration with Engineering, User Experience Researcher/UX Researcher (UX/UXR) and other teamsWork with core partners such as Connectivity Platform, Messaging and Dialer teams to define the comms strategy for the Android platformEngage externally with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs), Carriers, and Regulators to influence standards, implementations, and adoptionDefine and execute short term and long term roadmaps to deliver differentiated experiences and technology evolutions
