As a GM at Seasons, you will be responsible for overall store operations and leading your teams day to day. You are also the face of Seasons Pizza in the communities we serve, both in front of and behind the counter, so you need to have H.E.A.R.T to exemplify our core values: Hard work, Exceptional Customer Service, (positive) Attitude, Respect, and Team Work.
Each day presents new challenges and opportunities, which include, but are not limited to:
Hiring, scheduling, training and motivating team members
Implementation and participation in sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase business
Investigating and resolving customer issues
Managing food and labor budgets
Inventory and asset management
Overseeing cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities
Ensuring all health and safety regulations are met and exceeded
Requirements:
Hands-on management approach
Maintains focus and composure while working under pressure
Approachable leadership style, passion for developing self and others
Strong organizational and time management skills
Career minded and results-driven
Able to lead by example, and delegate tasks
Education:
Undergraduate degree (bachelor’s), preferably in Hospitality. MBA preferred.
Experience:
Three or more years of prior management experience in a restaurant or food-oriented retail environment, either as a multi-unit leader or large single unit GM.
Knowledge of service standards, food and beverage controls, and operational efficiencies is important
Prior experience managing budgets, labor controls and inventory is preferred.
Physical:
Applicants must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Work Schedule: Weekend and evening availability is a must.
Compensation:
Competitive Salary: Based on experience and education level plus bonus structure (depending on store performance).
Benefits: Generous company contribution to health, dental, and vision insurance and paid time off including vacation, personal, and sick time, including a summer weekend time off plan.
