The QuickBooks Online team is embarking on an innovative project to launch QuickBooks Online Charge and Credit Cards, a pivotal component of our Spend Management suite. This initiative will empower small and mid-market businesses to streamline their spending, gain financial clarity, and enhance their overall financial health.As the Principal Product Manager for this initiative, you will play a critical role in shaping and realizing the vision for the QuickBooks Online Charge and Credit Cards. You will develop a comprehensive product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather and analyze customer insights, and ensure regulatory compliance. Your leadership in creating and executing a strategic go-to-market plan and continuously optimizing the product based on performance data and user feedback will be key to delivering a best-in-class financial management tool that meets the evolving needs of our customers.Responsibilities
Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the QuickBooks Online Credit and Charge Card, conducting market research and competitive analysis.Create, maintain, and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, defining key milestones and performance metrics.Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, finance, legal, compliance) to drive holistic product development and ensure cohesive execution.Gather and analyze customer insights to refine the credit and charge card offering, utilizing data-driven approaches for product improvements.Identify potential risks and ensure regulatory compliance by collaborating with legal and compliance teams.Develop and implement a go-to-market plan, coordinating with marketing and sales teams for effective product launch campaigns.Establish a feedback loop to continuously iterate on the product based on customer feedback and market conditions.Monitor product performance using analytics tools, leveraging data to drive continuous optimization and enhancement.Minimum Qualifications
8+ years designing and delivering world-class, complex software products in a Product Management role, ideally with a software company in the fintech space.Track record of leading ambitious products; experience in high-growth startups a plus.Strong analytical, prioritization, communication and negotiating skills are a must.Experience serving as product owner for a scrum team, managing scrum ceremonies and constantly seeking to educate the team on product strategy and roadmap.Passion for building great products, innovation and solving complex customer problems.Superior communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to drive fast decisions.Strong data literacy and ability to use data and analytics to back your strategic approach.A bias for action and rapid experimentation with a proven track record of delivering results at scale that impact critical business metrics in the short and long term.Experience in matrixed organizations; ability to drive results through collaboration and influence.BA/BS in a technical or analytical field; advanced degree, management consulting, or private equity investing experience a plus or equivalent relevant experience.
