Implementation Specialist

If you are looking for a highly creative, continuously evolving and team-based work environment - one where you get to solve challenging problems, collaborate with talented colleagues, and make a difference - we would love to hear from you.WHAT THE ROLE OFFERSDemonstrating and conducting a walk-through for the client through the setup and implementation of Opentext Cybersecurity Services for prospective customers.Providing technical and non-technical support and guidance to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of Opentext Cybersecurity services.Delivering clear and effective presentations to pilot implementations.Articulating technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.Working in conjunction with our sales team to ensure prospects enjoy a positive and productive experience while evaluating Zix AppRiver Services.Conducting on-boarding of new clients to Opentext Cybersecurity's Systems.Maintaining full knowledge and hands-on proficiency with all company product lines and major competitors' product lines.Translating customer business issues/opportunities into technical solution/business requirements.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDLove and passion for helping customers and delivering a phenomenal experience.Ability to prioritize and work responsibly with or without direct supervision.Ability to multi-task, manage tickets, chats, and phone calls simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills required, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate and educate others about complex technology simply.Technical sales or support experience is a plus.Extensive knowledge of information technology, computer environments, networking, troubleshooting, configuration, implementation, and applications.Ability to troubleshoot complex issues remotely via phone/live chat/ticket conversation.Strong internet proficiency, Cloud computing, SaaS-based security solutions.Knowledge of hosted email and email security.Comprehensive understanding of networking technology - Windows networking, Active Directory, DNS Topology.Work experience with Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems.Work experience with Office 365, Microsoft Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Mac.Ability to work on weekends and after hours.ONE LAST THING:OpenText is more than just a corporation, it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.
