We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to oversee company-wide operations and build an integrated approach across product acquisition, development, installation, and service to create the best customer experience possible, aligning with our vision to Make People Happy Where They Live & Work.

As the COO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company to ensure the business functions smoothly across all departments, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans while also managing budgets and resources. As a key leader in our organization, you will drive growth, optimize processes, and promote our culture.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role, as a COO or similar.

Strong understanding of the Home Services industry, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.

Proven track record of driving operational improvements and implementing successful business strategies.

Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources.

Exceptional organization skills with an eye for detail.

Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Must be very adaptable.

Must be within commute distance of the offices without exception.

Responsibilities:

Drive operational excellence by overseeing all aspects of the company's operations.

Develop and execute strategic plans in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Provide leadership and guidance to departments, ensuring clear communication and coordination across all teams.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and make data-driven decisions.

Manage financial resources, assist with budgets, and ensure cost-effective practices.

Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Order Management:

Track orders and proactively alert customers about any delays or changes.

Receive shipments, inspect for accuracy and ensure products are not damaged.

Installation and Repairs:

Prepare for installations, ensuring all necessary equipment and hardware are available.

Schedule installations and repairs, coordinating with clients and our team.

Issue Resolution:

Follow up on any issues or challenges and work collaboratively to find effective resolutions.

Fleet and Vehicle Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance of our company vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition.

Technology Proficiency:

Be tech-savvy and capable of leveraging software and systems for efficient operations.

Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Organizational Skills:

Maintain a high level of organization to manage complex schedules and tasks effectively.
