.Job Description

Zendesk is seeking a driven individual to join our demand generation team as a Global Outreach Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and reporting on our marketing and sales outreach initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include developing data-driven prospecting and outreach strategies, creating compelling outbound content, managing our global library of outreach content, and overseeing the reporting of global sales and marketing outreach programs. You will work closely with regional campaign managers and BDR/SDR leaders to report on campaign performance and offer strategies for driving pipeline growth.Key Responsibilities

Develop and Optimize Outbound Messaging: Create email sequences, call scripts, InMails, and other outbound content for the sales organization to use in their prospecting efforts.

Manage Reporting: Build and disseminate comprehensive reports on global marketing and sales outreach activities.

Content Governance: Establish guidelines for content creation and maintain a global library of content to ensure alignment across regional and global sales/marketing teams.

Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with BDR/SDR leadership, regional marketing leaders, sales play teams, and global campaign teams on a regular basis to drive and refine sales outreach strategies.

Content Auditing and Guidance: Regularly audit outbound content and provide constructive feedback on sequences, InMail messages, and other outreach channels to BDR/SDR and regional marketing teams.

Platform and Tool Analysis: Monitor and analyze the usage of sales engagement platforms to support improvements and efficiencies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3- to 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.

Proven experience in program management and demand generation initiatives.

In-depth experience working with BDR/SDR teams.

Proficiency in sales outreach and engagement platforms (Outreach.io, Gong, SalesLoft, etc.).

Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau and Salesforce.

Strong cross-functional leadership abilities.

A highly organized and motivated professional with a keen interest in data synthesis and solution development.
