You’ll get to work on projects that are fast-paced, challenging, and varied. You’ll also be able to experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.Prime Video is at an inflection point in its journey today as we make a shift from being a prime subscriber benefit to world’s premiere entertainment destination. Our partnership with 3p content creators (aka 3p partners) is paramount in achieving this. In this role, you will be at the center of this strategic shift, by leading large and complex programs that influence our business with 3p partners.This space represents the touchpoint between several complex areas: 1) The partner/entertainment industry, with diverse types of partners, legacy tech approaches, and common-but-not-standard practices; 2) the internal Amazon systems (catalog ingestion) which are evolving and complex; 3) the highly complex workflows and processes to deliver and correct issues with video content; 4) the increasing reliance of partners on our systems to drive their top-line business performance, which increases the heat on everything involved.Additional Qualifications:8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experienceExperience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedulesDiversity and Inclusion:Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.This position will remain posted until filled.
