About the RoleVast.ai is seeking a Product Manager. You will lead important product roadmaps from ideation to delivery, partnering with the engineering team to ensure that our products meet customer requirements and accelerate our growth. This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll influence multiple teams, making a significant impact on Vast.ai's growth. You will determine areas of opportunity to grow our products and have a passion for solving complex user needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and priorities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to build a shared vision and strategy.
Conduct interviews to determine customer needs and product requirements.
Lead planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization of features to achieve the product vision.
Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction through innovative product solutions.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Document bugs effectively.
You Are:
Skilled at fostering an environment that enables your team to build quickly while maintaining a high standard for quality.
Highly proficient in problem solving with a product mindset and excellent partner management.
Energized by driving revenue growth and deeply understands customer needs, with a proactive approach.
Analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Qualifications:
Proven track record and 5+ years of experience in product management or software development in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Experience with Kafka or eventing pipelines.
Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications.
Experience developing, testing, and deploying APIs and web applications that use external platforms, cloud services, and APIs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs.
