The Position
主要工作目标（岗位简介）
基于业务战略目标，与速福达全球产品生命周期管理团队及供应链团队紧密协作，制定全链路供应保障策略；并建立及优化流感预警机制，提供业务洞察，助力业务合理布局和应对。
职位的首要职能
1）作为抗感染团队供应链职能的首要对接人，制定并执行供应链相关的整体策略及计划。
2） 通过对于本地业务的深入理解和洞察以及与全球产品生命周期管理团队及供应链团队的紧密合作，优化供应保障。建立应急反应机制，提高速福达供应需求满足及在医院和零售终端的供货反应速度。
3） 结合中长期全产品供应策略，统筹跨部门共同建立及执行渠道政策，并持续执行追踪有效性，敏捷迭代。
4）与内外部合作伙伴深度合作，共同建立并优化流感预警机制，通过提供数据和业务洞察，助力业务合理布局，及时应对。
教育程度/所获资格证书
大学本科及以上；医学、药学、市场营销、商科或相关专业优先。
岗位所需胜任力
1）3年以上相关工作经验，有市场部、策略与项目管理经验优先
2）良好的系统思维与业务敏锐度
3）良好的沟通能力和影响力
4）熟练的英文听说读写水平
