Requirement gatheringProcess/data flow designTechnical spec design (Webservices/API)Business analysisTranslating business requirements to technical requirementsDefining project objectivesFeasibility analysisSupporting development, systems integration testing, and user acceptance testingCreating and documenting UAT strategies/plans and test cases/scripts
Knowledge of manual and automation testing.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Experience in mortgage industry.Writes user stories based on business-driven functionality as well as technical capabilities.Provides constructive support to both Product Owner and IT team in product-related decisions.Encourages customer-centric mindset for entire Modern Delivery team, consistently focusing on advancing.Supports team in development process, defining technical requirements based on in-depth and breadth of product/business knowledge.Partners with Team Development Lead to create project/process specifications.Understands and proactively utilizes Modern Delivery practices.Identifies and applies opportunities to improve teams.GSE (Government Sponsored Entity) background.Knowledge of Secondary Mortgage Loan Lifecycle including:Product Knowledge - PCs, Giants, Megas, REMICs, STRIPs, Fixed Rate, ARMs.Sourcing of Loans.Servicing of Loans - interaction with mortgage banks and servicers collecting loan principal and interest payments, fees, etc., prepayment, default management, loss mitigation, loan modifications, credit risk transfer, mortgage insurance.Securitization and Pooling of Loans - Knowledge and understanding of single class and multi-class assets, payment cycles, Investor Reporting & Disclosures.Interface to CSS (Common Securitization Solutions) dealing with Issuance, Bond Administration, Disclosure.
