You are:

As the Technical Director for the Oracle GenAI/AI Business Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic vision with the Oracle program leads, driving high-level architectural decisions, and helping manage the overall performance of the development teams. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, Product/Program Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of GenAI/AI initiatives and client delivery. Your leadership will be critical in driving innovation, fostering client collaboration, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our AI solutions.

The work:

Key Responsibilities:

Help develop and drive the strategic vision for the Oracle GenAI/AI team, aligning with business objectives and technological advancements.

Drive the technical collaboration with the Accenture/Oracle partnership in developing Oracle based GenAI/AI solutions.

Oversee the development of architectural frameworks and implementation plans for AI solutions across multiple cloud technologies (OCI and Azure/others) for Oracle clients.

Drive collaborative technical decisions between our Accenture team and our Oracle GenAI/AI leadership/technical counterparts and guide the team in the execution of these decisions.

Lead and manage a team of Lead Architects and GenAI/AI developers, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.

Provide mentorship, career development, and technical guidance to team members. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence within the team.

Champion the adoption of state-of-the-art Generative AI components and techniques, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of AI application development across Oracle applications and cross vendor client environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product/Program Managers, to support the full spectrum of Large Language Model (LLM) adaptation, including prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need:

Minimum of 7 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Minimum of 4 years of work experience leading a team and performing leadership roles like planning, managing, and delivery.

Minimum of 4 years of work experience in managing the entire lifecycle of application development from concept to deployment.

Minimum of 2 years of experience with Gen AI.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington.

Role Location Annual Salary Range:

California $131,100 to $302,400

Colorado $131,100 to $261,300

District of Columbia $139,600 to $278,200

New York $121,400 to $302,400

Maryland $121,400 to $241,900

Washington $139,600 to $278,200
