Primary ResponsibilitiesTravel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the Bay area - no cold calling or door knocking!Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations, by following a value-based selling process based on honesty and integrity.Attend trainings and regular sales meetings - other duties as assigned.

QualificationsHold a valid driver's license (required)Comfortable traveling approximately 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required)Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)Previous outside sales experience is a plusWillingness to learn a structured and proven sales processA strong desire and ability to close the saleEvening and weekend availability (required)

CompensationUpon completion of the Company's initial training program, Sales Consultants enjoy uncapped earning potential with commissions equal to 10% of revenue generated on sales contracts (inclusive of expenses), subject to the terms and conditions of the Sales Representative Agreement.Monthly performance-based bonus opportunityAverage annual earning opportunity of $150,000-$250,000+$20 per hour through completion of the initial phase of the Company's comprehensive introductory training programA salary of $800 per week, plus commissions equal to 4% of revenue generated on sales contracts (inclusive of expenses), subject to the terms and conditions of the Sales Representative Agreement through the remainder of the Company's training program.
