Job Description:Key Responsibilities:User Research:

Assist in conducting user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing. Analyze feedback to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.

Wireframing & Prototyping:

Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions. Collaborate with senior designers to refine concepts and iterate based on feedback.

Design Implementation:

Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively. Address any issues that arise during the development process.

Collaboration:

Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure cohesive and user-centered design solutions.

Design Documentation:

Document design processes, user flows, and design specifications. Maintain organized files and design assets for easy access and reference.

Learning & Growth:

Continuously learn about UX best practices, emerging trends, and new tools. Participate in training sessions and seek mentorship from senior team members.

Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including academic projects, internships, or personal projects. Highlight your design thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Skills:Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.Basic understanding of user research methods and usability testing.Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping techniques.Ability to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Soft Skills:Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Compensation and Benefits:The annual base salary range for this position is $59,000- $95,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
