Parsons is now hiring a Data Analyst with a passion for innovation and solving mission critical challenges to support our US Army Pacific (USARPAC) customer.Specific Responsibilities:
Collaborate with software developers, data scientists, and customers to develop automated analytics solutionsHandle customer inquiries; manage and fulfill ad-hoc data requests by applying existing data analytic techniques to new and emerging problemsPerform quantitative and qualitative data analysis and assist in updating/managing various productsApply automated analytics solutions to structured and unstructured data to build efficiencies across workflowsEvaluate outcomes and measure performance of automation models. Identify and implement opportunities and train and improve modelsProvide clear, non-technical explanations of complex analytics and data concepts to external customersDevelop and document functional requirements in collaboration with customers and project teamsRequired Education/Experience:
5+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree5+ years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on data automationStrong proficiency in Python, working with structured and unstructured data with the ability to automate data processing and analysis tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to convey complex, technical issues in an easy-to-understand mannerStrong organizational and planning skills for tracking requests and project fulfillmentActive DoD Secret-level security clearancePreferred Experience:
Active DOD Top Secret/SCI security clearancePrevious experience supporting an INDOPACOM or US Army customerExperience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence and/or operationsExperience with data visualization tools and techniquesProficient in SQLFamiliarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS)Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
