Our client based in Boston, MA has been operating for 45 years now and is currently looking for a Senior Portfolio Accountant to join their growing team.The company is one of the premier real estate investment, development, and management firms in the northeast U.S.This role will be responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and accounting over a set portfolio of assets. They will also be involved in asset management cross-over, gets involved in the acquisition and disposition of assets.Senior Portfolio Accountant Responsibilities
Prepare, generate and review financial reports and supporting work papers monthly, quarterly, and annually on a GAAP basis.Assist in the internal audit process, including updating internal control policies and testing.Facilitate the calculation and payment of corporate expenses.Assists in monitoring property cash flows and facilitating investment capital calls and distributions.Senior Portfolio Accountant Qualifications
Experienced with budgeting and Common Area Maintenance.Proficiency with Property Management/Accounting software, Yardi preferred.Expert with Microsoft applications.A requirement for this position is that you are fully vaccinated.
