Overview:

After multiple acquisitions and a significant divestiture, Revvity is transforming its organizational structure, integrating acquisitions, and implementing new digital infrastructure. The Digital Finance Transformation Team within the corporate CFO organization drives the finance digital investment portfolio, constantly evolves and further digitizes our portfolio management, and helps to execute initiatives towards our future finance digital ambition.

The

Senior Principal Digital Finance Portfolio Strategist

is a crucial member of the finance transformation team in maximizing the impact of our investment portfolio. In this interdisciplinary role, you will be the key interface between the strategic portfolio view and operational execution. As such, you will ensure objective project evaluation, performance measurement as well as preparing scenarios and recommendations for resource and capacity allocation to top management. In addition, you will engage as project execution expert in our initiatives helping to put collective intelligence to work. You will also help to pave the way for an agile transformation.

This is a hybrid opportunity with a Tuesday - Thursday on-site work schedule based at our headquarters in Waltham, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Portfolio Management:Partner with Finance Leadership, Digital Finance Leader and various internal stakeholders in developing, implementing and running an agile digital finance portfolio management including capacity and capability fit recommendations. Foster investment decision transparency, strategic alignment, cross-functional involvement, and financial oversight within a lean and agile framework.

Initiative Execution support:Support our transformation initiatives as (agile) execution expert in guiding, coaching and directing the self-managing teams to achieve its goals. Help the team successfully execute, according to agreed criteria, by removing impediments, resource planning and staffing, facilitate stakeholder collaboration and initiative reporting.

Optimizing Collaboration and Efficiency through Agile Practices:Collaborate with execution experts across the company, evaluate agile project execution maturity, and shape a practical and smooth path towards agile transformation. Thought leader on new ways of working in a digital transformation environment.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ experience in multinational enterprise and/or management/IT consulting company AND a minimum of 8 years’ experience in digital transformation initiatives.

Master’s degree, ideally, in either Finance, Business Administration, or Information Technology AND a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong customer focus, stakeholder management and business consulting skills.

Influencing Skills – a proven ability as an effective and compelling communicator. Take complex and controversial subjects, bring clarity and ultimately drive to decisions.

Process-oriented with very strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Profound analytics expertise and ability to process and communicate data for (top-) management decision making.

Experience with common agile methods in project implementation.

Ability to interact with top management in a matrix organization.

IT savvy character at the pulse of current technologies (e.g. Process Automation, Big Data, AI, UX and App Development, etc.)

Strong strategic thinking and analytical as well as conceptual skills.

Team player, constructive and integrative style, embrace a culture of trust.

Robust project management skills. Allocates time and resources efficiently, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization verbally and in writing.

Experiences in Life Science, Diagnostics, or similar industries is a plus.
