Communicate effectively both verbally and written with technology and business partners to include strong discussion, debate and listening skills and the ability to look beyond obvious answers to understand impacts.Creatively design workshops and user sessions by identifying suitable participants, being clear about outcomes and approach (interviews, online whiteboarding, surveys, card sorting, etc.)Ability to empathically understand and articulate user needsAnalyze data gathered through user/stakeholder interactions and apply design thinking to draw out goals/business needs/problem statement/opportunity to be addressed, workflows/user journeys, personas and high level solution outlineWork collaboratively with product and development team to draw out solution intent with capability roadmap and milestonesClearly understand and articulate dependencies that will influence sequencing of developmentWork collaboratively with business and operations stakeholders to draw out target operating model as systems evolveEffectively manage stakeholder relationships through polished communication and follow-throughEffective written communication through solution inception, vision and intent documentsLead and influence cross-functional teams.Provide consultation and ensure continuity with product and development teams on solution.Job Requirements
Master’s degree requiredA minimum of 15 years of experience in Finance/Asset Management, Strategy, Business Analysis or System analysisExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience Leading And Directing Others To Achieve Measurable Results.Demonstrated ability to articulate customized solutions to meet business requirementsAdvanced experience working with Scaled Agile/Agile/Lean/Kanban software development processesAdvanced skills using a variety of tools to document workflows and data mapping including but not limited to Excel, SQL and VisioUnderstanding of analysis and artifact goals throughout the solution lifecycleAbility to learn quickly and work in a changing environment and under tight deadlinesAbility to independently manage personal timelines and meet tight deadlinesAbility to successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous project deliverables across groups and teamsStrong experience with SQL, Excel, Visio, Balsamiq, Jira, Tableau, ConfluenceStrong experience in financial industryEducation:
