Master’s degree requiredA minimum of 15 years of experience in Finance/Asset Management, Strategy, Business Analysis or System analysisExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience Leading And Directing Others To Achieve Measurable Results.Demonstrated ability to articulate customized solutions to meet business requirementsAdvanced experience working with Scaled Agile/Agile/Lean/Kanban software development processesAdvanced skills using a variety of tools to document workflows and data mapping including but not limited to Excel, SQL and VisioUnderstanding of analysis and artifact goals throughout the solution lifecycleAbility to learn quickly and work in a changing environment and under tight deadlinesAbility to independently manage personal timelines and meet tight deadlinesAbility to successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous project deliverables across groups and teamsStrong experience with SQL, Excel, Visio, Balsamiq, Jira, Tableau, ConfluenceStrong experience in financial industryEducation:
