(BCA) is looking for an
Associate Project Planner Scheduler
(Level 2) to join our
Engineering Business Operations
team in
Everett, Washington.
In this role, you’ll be a part of the Integrated Change Scheduling (ICS) team supporting Design Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering change activity scheduling for all Commercial Airplane Programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.
Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.
Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates task, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
Coordinates document work statements and resulting schedules.
Identifies and provides reports on performance variances, project status, change information to project team.
Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in managing project schedules and managing programs and projects.
1+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions.
1+ years of experience in collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
1+ years of experience in using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional.
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
