Marketing Program Manager I

Salary Range:

$68,860 - $92,100 - $115,340

Summary:The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for turning creative ideas into effective campaigns. This position assists in building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of marketing channels and supports MedImpact’s brand and new sales through lead generation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create, implement, and oversee communication and lead generation programs that effectively describe and promote MedImpact and its subsidiaries.

Ensure that all marketing materials and messaging align with our brand identity.

Develop strategies to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.

Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

Create informative and timely content and manage information dissemination.

Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog.

Draft copy for email campaigns and work with writers/designers.

Build strategic relationships with internal and external partners.

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Analyze results to improve and adjust email and campaigns accordingly.

May oversee the preparation of presentations and/or speeches.

Meet with internal partners to develop marketing communications.

Create policies and procedures as needed.

Provide day-to-day management and coordination of marketing campaigns.

Use data to identify and solve problems within area of expertise.

Investigate non-standard requests and problems with minimal assistance.

Prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.

Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree required in journalism, communications, marketing or related field of study and two or more (2+) years’ related job experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in the healthcare, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical industries is desirable but not required.
