Job Description :
Enhance Sonida’s customer journey to help older adults and their loved ones navigate the complex senior living landscape and potentially long path to purchase by implementing a cohesive omnichannel marketing strategy that provides prospects a tailored experience that addresses their individual pain points, needs and preferences and positively impacts KPIs.
Responsibilities:
Translate marketing strategy into actionable marketing plans, tactics and timelines and direct the team to execute across channels
Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and public relations
Develop and manage an overarching content strategy that supports marketing KPIs
Engage in continual process improvement to streamline workflows and improve team collaboration
Regularly assess marketing tech stack to ensure the optimal platforms and tools are in place to achieve the marketing strategy
Manage content creation process and timeline
Ensure optimal tracking, A/B testing and reporting are in place, analyze data to evaluate campaign performance and identify trends and opportunities - share highlights and recommendations weekly
Responsible for ongoing website maintenance and enhancements
Manage marketing onboarding, training, support and internal communication, working with team to prioritize workload, assign resources and identify ongoing opportunities for improvement
Manage internal communication content development for company intranet
Manage the process, tracking, timing and execution of marketing deliverables for new community acquisitions
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts
Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and support marketing initiatives
Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus in digital marketing, including 3-5 years managing and leading a marketing team
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
Skill/ knowledge requirements:
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (technical and on-page SEO, SEM, CRO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.)
Solid understanding of the technical aspects of marketing and how they impact processes and workflows, e.g., domain management, CDNs, data tracking, analytics and visualization, website design and development, WordPress, CRM integration and management, automation, etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in data analytics and reporting
