Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to drive IBM’s cross platform products and services.You will be working on a new IBM product from Data & AI portfolio focusing on Data Integration capabilities and platform strategy, working closely with your Engineering team and Product Mangers across the Data & AI organization to transform the way our customers access their data and manage their data integration processes. We’re looking for a technical, analytical, and passionate leader to deliver innovative new offerings in response to customer needs.The right candidate will have the proven ability to dive deep into complex customer challenges, understand how to create simple yet elegant solutions to those challenges, and influence the other product managers to collaboratively implement these solutions. You will guide the integration, market awareness, customer demand, and adoption of this platform to global organizations. You will drive the product planning lifecycle from market validation to strategic planning and execution.Responsibilities:Partner with engineering and the wider Product Management team as well as executive stakeholders to identify and document customer needs and use cases to define your product roadmapExecute on the roadmap and prioritize features designed to satisfy unmet customer needs and emerging challengesCollaborate with product marketing to create compelling messaging and content that clearly communicates the product value proposition and strategy to your marketAnalyze and understand the competitive landscape of Data Integration marketClosely track industry trends and adapt your product strategy accordinglyDrive product roadmap innovation through rapid triage of facts and data
Required Technical and Professional Expertise3+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of bringing compelling product offerings to customersExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in EnglishExceptional presentation skill
