Primary Purpose

Design and develop high-impact, scalable learning experiences using blended modalities and technologies in support of enterprise-wide leadership and professional development programs, change management initiatives and functional and system process enhancements for corporate team employees.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Lead internal project intake processes, assessing how learning can meet the business needs and recommending solutions that will support performance and behavior change.

Design innovative solutions to close knowledge and skill gaps through learning and advanced use of technology.

Develop learning and performance solutions by facilitating end user feedback, subject matter expert input, and researching external sources of knowledge

Manage stakeholders and subject matter experts in the content development process, ensuring alignment, engagement, and expectation management.

Design and develop learning materials, including eLearning modules, PowerPoint presentations, on-demand training, job aids, infographics, etc., using tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Vyond, and similar tools.

Apply appropriate instructional design and user experience methodologies to create optimal learner journey and the intended user experience.

Assist with continuous course maintenance and improvement, ensuring content remains current and courses remain workable on Bright Horizons' learning management system.

Work with outside vendors to update and develop existing and new eLearning courses.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree required preferably in instructional design, graphic design, adult education, Psychology, or marketing.

3+ years of experience in corporate learning design, user experience researcher / design, instructional design, curriculum development, graphic design, or equivalent in a corporate environment. - Required

Additional Job Requirements

Must have experience in adult learning.

Must have user experience research / design experience

Must have experience in administrative or learning areas.

Must have high proficiency with training technology and experience developing multi-media-based training.

Must be flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks on a collaborative team.

Must be willing to learn the Bright Horizons business and the tools used across the organization

This role is remote, but the candidate is always welcome in our Newton, Massachusetts office. This role will not pay over $68K yearly and comes with paid time off, holidays, sick time, health, dental, 401K benefits and other optional benefits.
