What We're Looking For
3+ years of professional experience in technical sales or pre-sale related roles.
Experience creating and executing technical demonstrations.
Strong understanding of CRM tooling and technical onboarding platforms.
Dynamic communication skills and a proven track record of engaging with technical and non-technical clients and stakeholders.
Understanding of GDPR compliance and data protection.
What You'll Do
As Solution Manager you will guide brands through the necessary technical details prior to integration ensuring that once the deal is accepted, the brand can promptly integrate without delays.
Showcase features and capabilities through technical demonstrations tailored to the brand's ecommerce tooling.
Prescribe integration pathways based on clients ecommerce tooling.
Facilitate efficient discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sale to post-sale integration making sure brands are aware of the integration process and what is required.
