Employee Relations Specialist

to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering positive employee relations and addressing workplace concerns to ensure a productive and harmonious work environment. You will be responsible for handling employee inquiries, resolving disputes, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Work with division leaders to address employee performance and behavior issues, ensuring fair and consistent handling of concerns.Lead and manage employee relations investigations to resolve disputes, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.Provide training to division leaders on employee relations best practices and work with L&D to enhance leadership development programs.Ensure company policies are adhered to, update policies as needed, and communicate any changes to employees.Have a regular on-site presence to foster a connection with employees, gaining insight into workplace morale and areas for improvement.Conduct performance evaluations, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Develop reports on employee relations issues and trends, making recommendations to division leadership for action.Work closely with division leaders, L&D, and Talent Acquisition to create career progression maps for employees, ensuring clear pathways for advancement.Stay up-to-date with employment laws and ensure company practices are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.Lead employee engagement initiatives, including retention surveys and action plans to improve employee satisfaction.Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.3+ years of experience in employee relations or HR.Strong knowledge of employment laws, conflict resolution, and policy management.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage investigations and resolve employee relations issues.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams across the organization.Compensation : $80,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience.If you're ready to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced company that offers more than just a job, join Alpha Inc.
