Senior Marketing Manager, Canine Pain

The Senior Marketing Manager for Canine Pain Professional will be responsible for defining strategy, planning, and execution of professional marketing efforts for our canine pain portfolio including, Librela and Rimadyl. This individual will lead our multi-channel marketing efforts in the professional channel.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and measure marketing initiatives directed to the veterinarian that support the immediate and long-term growth of the portfolio.
Sales Team engagement, CRM and Next Gen Sales Engine digital optimization, Trade Show strategy, and Medical Education.
Participate in the ongoing financial planning and product forecasting for the canine pain portfolio.
Serve as the primary marketing partner to provide materials and programs to the B2B marketing team, the Sales Force, and all channel partners to support demand creation efforts.
Lead development and execution of NSMs, CITs, and POAs.
Be highly responsive in managing all communications with customers, specifically Account Managers, Executive Account Managers, Area Business Managers, Corporate Accounts Teams, Retail Teams, Professional Services Veterinarian Teams, Distribution Teams, and Senior Management.
Rigorously monitor and gather key veterinarian insights, competitive activities, and market insights to incorporate into effective marketing strategies.
Actively work with multiple internal stakeholders (Technical Services, Marketing Managers, Commercial Team, Communications, Business Analytics, Market Research, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Pricing, Learning & Development, Manufacturing, etc.) and Professional Advertising agencies to drive strong market growth.
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of marketing leadership or related experience with demonstrable success. Animal health and veterinary marketing experience is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business or relevant major, MBA preferred.
Excellent understanding of science-based marketing and the marketing process.
Proven ability to develop and deliver best-in-class marketing plans and programs to address a dynamic market.
Demonstrated experience in influencing a team from a key role in a strategic business initiative.
Ability to favorably influence people without direct authority. Strengths in team and relationship building.
Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and computer software skills among standard company programs.
Highly responsive and results-oriented. Strategically agile and energized by a fast-moving environment.
Strong financial analysis skills and proven ability to manage budgets and expenses.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability in handling and effectively prioritizing multiple projects while maintaining a positive attitude.
Extensive knowledge of Zoetis organization, products, and the animal health industry.
Ability to travel to internal and external meetings, and customer interactions (25%).
LocationThis position may require occasional travel for industry conferences, professional meetings, and collaboration with key stakeholders. Flexibility regarding location and the ability to work remotely or from a corporate office depending on company policy and team needs.
