As a Content Producer, you will work with contractors, engineers, and product managers to design and develop engaging content across all our products, maintain content quality, and manage the content pipeline on our exciting slate of current and upcoming products.This job opportunity offers a hybrid work arrangement, and we are specifically seeking candidates who are comfortable with on-site attendance in our Bay Area office 3 times per week (MWF) and are either currently residing in or near the Bay Area or willing to relocate for on-site work.What you'll do at Volley
Produce and implement content that meets all product requirements while also upholding good content principlesIdentify opportunities for content-based product features and work cross-functionally with PMs and engineers to implement them in the gameBuild and maintain content production pipelines from scratch, document requirements, write contractor onboarding docs, and onboard contractorsReview and edit content for design, style, and qualityWork with data analysts to understand user behavior and shape content strategy with the support of the Head of ContentStuff you may have done before
Writing, designing, and/or producing entertainment content: video (tv, film, web series), audio (radio shows, podcasts), games (mobile, casual, console)Writing, sourcing, and/or editing fiction, blogs, trivia, copyContent managementMust-haves
4-6 years of content creation and productionProduction pipeline and database management skillsCross-functional collaborationContext switchingProject management and contractor management experience is a plus!Our stack
