We have several incredible opportunities for Senior or Staff Recruiters to join our Technical or Non-Technical Talent Acquisition teams. Our Recruiters on these teams support functions including Engineering, Data and AI, Go-To-Market, and Corporate Functions. You can expect high-impact responsibility: owning full-cycle recruiting, implementing hiring strategy, leading a variety of searches, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. You are a self-starter who thrives in a learning environment—unafraid to try new things and embrace new ideas.

We are experts at our craft, influencing top talent and business leaders to make well-informed decisions through data insights and market intelligence. We think broadly and implement strategies to acquire, assess, and close top talent to help the company reach its product and revenue goals.

(Intuit is committed to a hybrid workplace, and our employees are based in site locations with 2-3x per week in office.)

What you'll bring

3+ years (Senior) or 5+ years (Staff) of proven success in full cycle recruitmentExperience and comfort partnering & consulting at all levels of leadershipGrowth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics with a positive attitudeAbility to utilize market data and insights to help guide talent strategy conversationsDesire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openingsExperience managing or assisting to develop scalable hiring solutions across an enterprise level organizationPossess an ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right timeSuccess in developing inclusive pipelinesGrowth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as neededSuccess in guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on hiring best practicesBA/BS or equivalent experience

How you will lead

Serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs for today and the futureBuild a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers; coaching and influencing on effective search, compensation, and assessment strategiesDevelop and execute end to end proactive sourcing strategies in multiple disciplines/domainsLead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; negotiate and close candidatesCreate and drive best-in-class experiences that delight candidates and hiring team membersContribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projectsChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journeyCollaborate and partner across the broader talent acquisition team and serve as a mentor for othersWork closely with cross-functional teams like People Partners, Compensation, Onboarding, etc. to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
