About the teamThe Product Marketing team for TikTok Business Center is part of the Product Strategy and Operations (PSO) organization. This team focuses on enhancing the security, payment, and onboarding experiences for businesses using our platform. Our goal is to ensure that advertisers, from SMBs to key accounts, can efficiently navigate their journey on TikTok, from onboarding to ad delivery, while enjoying a seamless and secure experience.
About the roleWe are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive the product strategy and go-to-market efforts for our security, payments, and business journey features within TikTok Business Center, a centralized platform that empowers businesses to efficiently manage their digital marketing and commerce activities. This role is integral to the entire product lifecycle, from identifying customer needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launching and promoting features that enhance the business experience on TikTok. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of how businesses interact with our platform by consolidating asset management, optimizing user journeys, and ensuring secure, reliable payment processes.
Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Go-to-Market Execution:- Lead the product strategy and go-to-market initiatives for security, payments, and business journey solutions within the Business Center.- Develop clear value propositions, positioning, and messaging that highlight the importance of security, seamless payment processing, and an optimized business journey for businesses on TikTok.- Drive global adoption of these features through targeted marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, and customer education programs.- Define and track success metrics, ensuring that security, payment, and business journey features meet user needs and business objectives.Collaboration Across Functions:- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales teams to align on security, payment, and business journey requirements, and to ensure these are reflected in product development and marketing strategies.- Partner with the sales team to identify key market opportunities and develop strategies that address the unique challenges faced by businesses in their TikTok journey.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce and distribute marketing materials, conduct user training, and develop external documentation that supports product adoption.Innovation and Product Testing:- Lead alpha/beta testing for security, payment, and business journey features, gathering early feedback to refine and improve product offerings.- Ensure that new features are scalable and robust, with continuous feedback loops to address emerging threats and user needs.Market Insight and Strategy:- Conduct thorough research to understand the security, payment, and business journey landscape, including competitor analysis, customer feedback, and market trends.- Use insights to inform the product strategy, ensuring that TikTok’s security, payment, and business journey solutions are at the forefront of industry standards and meet businesses' evolving needs.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.- 3+ years of experience in product marketing or product management, with a focus on security, payments, or business journeys on digital platforms.- Strong understanding of security best practices, payment processing, and customer onboarding in a digital environment.- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving successful go-to-market strategies.
