Job Description

As an Investor Relations professional at Antares Capital, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm's engagement with investors, ensuring effective communication, and reporting, and contributing to the overall investor experience. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong foundation in finance and excellent communication skills, looking to grow their career with an alternative credit asset manager.Responsibilities

Support the strategic development of reporting, marketing, and due diligence materials such as pitch books and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).Work with senior leaders and team members throughout the Asset Management group to participate in the preparation of marketing materials, due diligence, reporting, and ad hoc investor requests.Coordinate with other functions to obtain and synthesize information from the investment teams, performance, legal, tax, operations, finance, and accounting teams to prepare materials and onboard investment vehicles.Develop and maintain strong relationships with our investors and prospects and respond to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as portfolio managers, business development, marketing, compliance, and legal, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all investor materials and disclosures.Maintain and update our investor database, CRM system, and website with relevant investor information and metrics.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, or related field.1-3 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, investment banking, or related roles in the asset management industry.Skills

Strong knowledge of alternative investment products and services, specifically private credit.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and familiar with CRM and web-based platforms.Ability to travel occasionally as required.CORE COMPETENCIES
