Royal Caribbean Group is pleased to offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, and excellent career development opportunities, each offering unique ways to explore the world.The Royal Caribbean Group’s Silversea Cruises brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Senior Analyst, Brand Optimization on the Transformation Team reporting to the Director, Business Optimization.This position will work onsite in Miami, FloridaPosition Summary:The Senior Analyst, Brand Optimization and PMO is responsible for supporting Silversea’s Brand Optimization group. The Brand Optimization group will drive continuous improvement across the Silversea brand. This person will proactively research and identify opportunities to improve business results and increase performance in Silversea. Consults with internal clients in various departments (shoreside and shipboard) to gather, analyze, and report data for recommended courses of action. Proactively strategize, manage, plan, and drive optimization efforts, revenue enhancement initiatives, cost efficiency initiatives, integration of Silversea into RCG, organization redesign, and change management. Works closely with department heads to prepare comprehensive project plans, strategic initiatives and planning documents to drive financial success and increase guest satisfaction. Provides additional support within Silversea to monitor and deliver KPI performance daily.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Supports the project management process and standards and operational cadence necessary to ensure consistent project execution.Develops comprehensive project plans to be shared with project stakeholders and leadership. Helps define project scope, goals and deliverables.Works with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.Ensures Risk Analysis processes are in place and initiates avoidance activities.Establishes contingency plans and ensures trigger events are in place.Provides analytical support to enhance business, improve efficiencies, or increase guest satisfaction.Utilizes project management tools and techniques to lead, develop and oversee maintenance of project scope and progress and stakeholder and executive expectations.Facilitates meetings and problem solves with groups while dealing with a variety of variables in situations where no standardization exists.Prepares presentations to be shared with executives.Works alongside other departments in the organization to drive operational improvement.Utilizes project management tools and industrial engineering techniques to develop and oversee project scope, customer and executive expectations, and overall project focus.Advises the recommended course of action to the project team in outlining milestones, establishing work plans, responsibilities, scope and tracking routines.Organizes the communication of the project plan status regularly to project stakeholders and core team. Continues to re-establish goals and adjust work processes based on shifting priorities and new information.Follows up with team members to meet project deadlines and provide input on team member activities for schedule review process.Coordinates activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and accurately reflects current project status through regular updates of tasks and statuses.Leads and organizes team in development of monthly presentations for senior executives.Manages, develops and follows up project reporting including the various reports, PowerPoint slides, and key performance indicators.Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:Bachelor's or master's Degree with a concentration in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field.At least 3 years of relevant experience.Strong leadership skills and proven experience. Solid written and verbal communication skills a must.Clear and precise communication at all levels of the organization is essential.Excellent interpersonal skills, strength in communicating in a multicultural environment with all levels of employees and management.Excellent organizational and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Solid understanding of accounting rules for expense and capital activities. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, financial and spreadsheet modeling skills.Must be familiar with the working drawing process inclusive of drawing, dimensioning and detailing deck plans, elevations, sections and details.Ability to understand and interpret architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project required. Familiarity with PowerBI system essential.Knowledge of CAR process: budget, approval, reconciliation, and reporting, AMOS, Niku, Lotus Notes Database, ERS, JDE, and Essbase.We know there's a lot to consider.
