We are seeking a dynamic individual who brings analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, is comfortable working in a matrixed organization structure and unafraid to immerse themselves in technical challenges, demonstrating a hands-on approach to working across cross functional teams and finding innovative solutions.In this role, you will help Adobe build world class marketplace APIs with which partners can re-sell Adobe products to their customers. Your responsibilities will involve evangelizing Adobe’s API offering to a pipeline of partners who are interested in participating in Adobe’s channel sales program.What you'll Do

Help Adobe’s sales team members evangelize Marketplace APIs as a way to re-sell Adobe’s products.Be the point of escalation within Adobe to help partners and their developers tackle technical problems.Be deeply empathetic to our partners, understand their business model and communicate clearly and effectively how our API offerings can help them achieve their goals.Excel in navigating ambiguity and adapt to change effortlessly. Whether faced with scant information or inundated with diverse data and demands, you adeptly capture, discern, and integrate information within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.How to succeed

2-5+ years of product management experience for a developer product. Preferred: Experience working as a software engineer in the past.Experience working with APIs.Proven track record of collaboration, experience shipping numerous high-value features for consumer web or mobile apps.Exceptional written and verbal communication, used to help drive consensus and forward motion.Natural tendencies include planning long term and delivering short term, data obsession, critical thinking, and systems thinking.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $189,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
