The Global Consumer Construct (Men’s/ Women’s/ Kids) is the Global Marketing function responsible for unlocking our ability to serve the athlete holistically across the spectrum of lifestyle and performance.Our goal is to know & serve athletes' motivations & needs so we can unlock the power of sport for every athlete.We will fuel engagement through consumer concepts & seasonal stories to help make sport a daily habit.We drive authenticity through our key fields of play (e.g. Nike Sportswear, Football, Running) while creating the agility needed to serve the broadening definition of Sport across both lifestyle and performance.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a Global Brand Management Lead for the Men’s Lifestyle Team, focusing on Footwear.As Global Lifestyle Brand Lead, you will be responsible for managing strategic brand plans, seasonal marketing deliverables and driving functional excellence within the Global and Geography teams. You will be leading and driving deliverables across dimension/gender in partnership with the Brand Creative, Digital and Product Teams, amongst others, coordinating and collaborating to drive efficiency and alignment for all partners.The candidate should have a comprehensive grasp of the global youth community, youth sports/lifestyle culture and sneaker cultural landscapes along with the ability to lead multiple projects and build strong working relationships across a matrixed organization. You should bring a digital skillset in the heart of your experiences and an understanding of all functions of marketing.You should be comfortable with ambiguity and be ready to dig in, work collaboratively and bring a positive attitude always.You should be solution oriented, team first collaborator, energy giver, strategic vision and digital thinker, passionate about sport, empathetic and curious to learn.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONAs the Global Men’s Lifestyle Brand Management Lead, you will:Partner with our Brand Directors and Experts to lead brand marketing plans including marketing briefs, strategic tools and marketing initiatives that fuel our seasonal initiatives and consumer concepts.Work across Global and Geos to drive a robust concept map and continually build new, digital-first consumer experiences that accelerate the Brand and business growth opportunities.Collaborate with Women’s/ Kids constructs to deliver a comprehensive Lifestyle Brand Plan by creating key consumer journeys and stories across Nike Sportswear Footwear.Assess concepts and strategy against consumer insights to drive upstream strategic gate deliverables for the dimension.Coordinate across teams to drive efficiency and alignment.Partner with product merchandising to support product positioning, navigation and naming.Shepherd the creative process of seasonal stories from brief through to Geo hand off.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHAs the Global Men’s Lifestyle Brand Lead, you will report directly into the Global Men’s Director of Lifestyle Footwear Brand Marketing.You will work alongside a Team of other Global Brand Leads that with you, will collectively build the future of sport through a unified Men’s Lifestyle Footwear plan.You will collaborate with teammates across the Women’s and Kids Teams, to build a more comprehensive approach to serve Athletes holistically.You will also collaborate and partner with the following key stakeholders:Digital MarketingRetail MarketingSocial MarketingBrand CommunicationsIntegrated MediaBrand Initiatives- Energy Marketing- Brand Creative- Insights- Product Merchandising- Planning- GEO Consumer Construct Lifestyle TeamsWHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.5-7 Years of experience in Brand Management and Marketing, deep understanding of Media and Digital platforms.
