$66,000 to $75,000 per year ( depending on experience and licensure status )Nature of Work:Provides oversight of clinical mental health and supportive behavioral health services, treatment plans, and authorizations for Children and Family Treatment and Support Services. Provides clinical supervision to staff in these programs. Utilizes a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to assist staff in working with youth and families in improving daily functioning. Provides clinical support to other programs throughout the agency as required, notably Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) Program.Minimum Qualifications:New York State professional licensure required as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Physician, Psychologist, Nurse Practitioner, Psychoanalyst or Registered Nurse.At least 2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults with serious emotional disturbances, developmental disabilities, history of child welfare intervention, or special education services.Pathways, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values diversity and strives to employ individuals that are reflective of the communities that we serve.
