We are looking for entrepreneurial, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates to join us in our mission.About The RoleAs the Senior Product Marketing Manager on the New Propositions team, you'll be responsible for generating insights, owning the go-to-market strategy across our product suite, and launching exceptional experiences to our customers. The initiatives where you'll drive the greatest impact include Augmented Reality, Generative AI assistance, and Replenishment. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, and Research to build best-in-class digital experiences for our customers, including a robust test and learn strategy in-app and in marketing channels to drive product adoption and ongoing engagement.What You'll AccomplishDevelop & execute GTM strategy across several different products.Own and execute the launch plan for releasing new products and features.Utilize behavioral insights to develop hypothesis-driven experiments and execute a rigorous testing agenda that can scale into high-impact programs.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Research to meet ambitious engagement targets.Generate strategic insights in partnership with Product, Research, and Analytics to inform roadmap, leveraging user behavioral insights and competitive analysis to establish product market fit.Create a customer-centric team culture that powers every decision we make.What You'll Need7+ years marketing experience.5+ years' experience in B2C product marketing or retention marketing.Experience in consumer technology products (early-stage strongly preferred).Experience conducting customer research and communicating your insights to define and optimize product positioning and strategy.Experience working closely with tech organizations (i.e., Product, Engineering, Analytics).Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Success FactorsYou're a strong collaborator and natural relationship-builder with a bias for action.You've brought new digital products and features to market and can speak to the strategy behind your approach, and how your approach impacted the business.You thrive in ambiguity and are energized by needing to roll up your sleeves, independently problem solve, and pivot when needed.You have a track record of creating thoughtful, informed, omni-channel experimentation plans and executing against them.You're fluent in technology/software and can comfortably collaborate with technical stakeholders as a strategic partner.You can distill complex information into understandable, actionable, persuasive assets.You've got a strong sense of curiosity and are eager to problem solve and look around corners.You have a track record of strong communication to stakeholders at all levels.You are willing to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary.This is a full-time role based in Bentonville, Arkansas, in-office 5 days per week.The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
