Follow Allergan Aesthetics on LinkedIn.StellenbeschreibungDraft, align, negotiate and finalize a various range of service, collaboration and general commercial contracts with a large monetary volume and/or potential legal risk exposure including but not limited to the supply marketing and commercialization of AA products.Manage external counsels including quality assurance, budget considerations and fee negotiations.Provide actionable advice on commercial policies for interaction with a diverse group of customers, focusing on European and German, Alpine, Poland and CEBA competition law.Assist with local implementation of mergers, acquisitions and subsequent company integration projects.Monitor, anticipate and report changes to applicable legislation of interest to the organization.Lead and manage litigation matters to defend and support the AA business on commercial claims and disputes, particularly regarding advertising and promotion of medical devices and prescription pharmaceuticals.Perform secondary IP work in coordination with the Corporate IP Department and International/Global dedicated expert teams.Regularly provide reports on legal matters to the International Legal Department and attend international Legal meetings as required.Track and report local legal budget in respective countries, including external counsel spending.Serve as an active member of the AA Leadership Team in Germany, Alpine, Poland and CEBA, providing thought leadership on legal risk and reporting on relevant legislative developments with pragmatic solutions to complex business situations.QualifikationenExperience in the Medical Aesthetics industry as in-house counsel and member of the local leadership team.Proven track record of several years of legal practice, including pragmatic business support in a complex and competitive business environment, preferably in a consumer-facing pharma and/or medical device business.Extensive knowledge of Antitrust Law and legal concepts.Ability to take complex business situations and develop solutions to ensure compliant business activities.Hands-on attitude.Ability to work cross-functionally & cross-border and manage complexity is a must.Structured and process-oriented, business-minded.Endorses and acts according to AA values and leadership behaviors.Ability to identify and address issues proactively in a timely manner.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Excellent communication and influencing skills, fluent in German and English (written and oral).Zusätzliche InformationenOur contribution to you:A varied field of activity where you can really make a difference.An open corporate culture.An attractive salary.Intensive induction training by a mentor.Flexible working time models for a healthy work-life balance.Company health management with comprehensive health and sports programs.Company social benefits.Diverse career options in an internationally positioned company.Attractive development opportunities at a high level.A strong international network.Bring a breath of fresh air to our team - and your career.At AbbVie, you will find a workplace where your individual commitment counts so that we can achieve great things together.
