Project Manager
to manage a high-profile initiative for a federal client. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with clients in both a consulting and delivery capacity to implement agile methodologies and practices for application design and development.Analytica has been recognized by Inc. for 3 consecutive years as one of the 250 fastest growing business. We offer competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer paid health care, training and development funds, and 401k match.Responsibilities include:Regularly interface with clients at numerous levels of an organization—project managers, stakeholders, end-users, data owners, analysts, IT groups, management, and executives—to drive the delivery of technology projectsProvide client interface and consulting support to delivery and engineering teams on business analysis, technology approach, solutions, project management process and client engagement to drive delivery successCollaborate with people across wide levels and roles to educate on Agile principles, best practices, and tools to implement for improved workflows and successful product deliverables. This includes providing hands-on support to senior leaders, Scrum team members, and external stakeholders.Work with the Product Management team to develop release plans and ensure product backlogs are well-groomed, prioritized and visible to all stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in relative fieldAt least 3 years of experience leading complex projects and programs for software applicationsExperience managing cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative work environmentExperience with full lifecycle agile program managementExperience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulateCSM, SAFe, and/or PMP certification strongly preferredDemonstrated experience working with Agile framework and facilitating all Agile Scrum ceremonies including designing EPIC / User stories, sprint backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectivesActive IRS MBI ClearanceAbout ANALYTICA :Analytica is a leading consulting and information technology solutions provider to public sector organizations supporting health, civilian, and national security missions.
