Job Summary:

COMANDIS Residential is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Development - Outside Sales professional. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our property management division within the real estate industry. You will work closely with our Director of Business Development to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and ensure the overall satisfaction of our existing clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our company while making a significant impact in the property management sector.

THIS IS A DOOR TO DOOR SALES OPPORTUNITY WITH UNCAPPED INCOME POTENTIAL.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development objectives in the property management sectorIdentify and target potential clients, including property owners, investors, and real estate agenciesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industryLead negotiations and close deals with prospective clientsCollaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient and effective service deliveryStay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activitiesPrepare and present reports on business development activities and progressContribute to the development of marketing strategies and materialsParticipate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's property management servicesGenerate and close appointments through door-to-door lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, and referralsSet a minimum of 5 appointments that close before advancing to closing rolesAchieve 7 to 10 appointments per weekUtilize the company’s CRM system and university training materials to track and manage leadsAttend individual and team meetings weeklyComplete self-paced online training university to learn sales for this particular productMaintain flexibility in scheduling, ensuring at least some work is completed daily

Qualifications and Skills:Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the property management or real estate industryProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growthStrong knowledge of property management principles and practicesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related fieldValid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed

Requirements:Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently is REQUIREDExperience in sales is a PREFERRED, not requiredExcellent communication skills; bilingual is a plusReliable transportation is preferredNo specific experience required, but a strong work ethic and a hustler’s mentality are essential

Compensation Pay:UNCAPPED COMMISSION-ONLY1099 contractor position with uncapped commission-only compensationEarn $1,500 per appointment that closesExpected earnings of $125,000 per year if effort targets are metTop performers can achieve significant earnings, with the potential to earn $250k+ and commissions are uncapped

License/Certification:Driver's License (Preferred)

Work Location:In person / Remote - Chicagoland Area
