The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and operational Senior/Vice President, Product Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. This senior leadership role is critical in driving the company's growth strategy, brand positioning, and market presence grounded in product marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS product marketing and digital commerce, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing teams and campaigns.

What You'll Do:

Product Marketing Expertise

GTM Planning:

Ability to develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies (positioning, packaging, messaging etc.) that align with CommerceIQ's goals and objectives.Partner with product management:

Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases - including packaging approach etc.Effectively communicate product value propositions:

Differentiate CommerceIQ in the market.Competitive Analysis:

Analyze market trends and competitors to position the company's products effectively.Analyst relationship management:

From strategy establishment to Analyst engagement to deliver market leading positioning.

Content Leadership

Conduct market research:

Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.Leverage insights:

Inform content strategies and deliver content that ensures CommerceIQ remains ahead of industry trends.Amplification:

Improve market leadership and growth through social, webinars, events.

Customer Focus and Retention

Customer Journey Mapping:

Create marketing strategies to understand and enhance the customer experience.Retention programs:

Use data-driven customer analysis to engage and retain customers.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Analytics:

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing campaigns.ROI Measurement:

Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work effectively with other departments to achieve common goals.Communication:

Articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, analyst relations, press releases, and thought leadership initiatives.
