@Tribeca .About the OpportunityAs a Senior Android Engineer at OKX, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our core Android app that serves millions of active users daily. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering teams to identify user needs and deliver high-quality features through fast-paced iterations. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with the full lifecycle of a crypto mobile application and drive impactful changes in the digital asset space. We have openings at both the Senior and Staff levels, giving you the chance to make a significant impact in shaping the future of crypto technology.What You’ll Be DoingJoin a dynamic global mobile team to develop and implement new features for OKX’s all-in-one Android mobile app.Focus on performance optimization to deliver a seamless and high-satisfaction user experience.Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate new technologies to meet our evolving business needs.Collaborate closely with design and product teams to translate creative concepts into scalable features that cater to millions of users.Work with global development teams to deliver customized solutions for international markets while maintaining alignment with the overall system architecture.Ensure the creation and maintenance of high-quality technical documentation to enhance efficiency in cross-office and cross-timezone collaboration.What We Look For In YouExperience: 5+ years in Android mobile development with a strong understanding of core Android components and familiarity with popular UI kits.Technical Expertise: In-depth experience with the Android networking layer, including sockets, TCP/IP, and HTTP protocols. Proficiency in Kotlin, MVVM clean architecture, and network programming.Development Practices: A strong advocate for agile development methodologies such as TDD, CI, and Scrum.Passion for Mobile Technology: A deep enthusiasm for mobile technology and experience building applications that serve a large user base.Collaborative Mindset: Proven experience working effectively with teams across different offices and time zones.Nice to HavesExperience with payment integrations and optimizing scalable mobile applications.A passion for cryptocurrency and a keen interest in the evolving world of digital assets.Highlights of Perks and BenefitsCompetitive total compensation package.L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development.Various team building programs and company events.OKX StatementThe base salary range for this position is $198,000 to $250,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
