to join ourgrowingFamily Medicineteamin Peoria, Illinois.Position Details Include:Join an established practice with 4 Family Medicine physicians and3 Advanced Practice ProvidersCall is shared with other physiciansPosition will be based out of our Carle Health Methodist North on North Allen outpatient clinic with lab and x-ray services available onsiteClinic hours are Mon-Fri8 AM -4:30PMFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordinationCarle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibilityExcellent benefit package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverageThe Carle Health Peoria at Methodist North outpatient clinic is less than a 10-minute drive from The Shoppes at Grand Prairie which is Peoria’s newest and most popular retail center with over 30 specialty stores and restaurants.
