This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office) and will be located out of our Los Angeles, CA office.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Responsible for administering a portfolio of complex municipal bond finance client accounts to include the following duties: monitors client inquiries, coordinates debt service bond payments, monitors portfolio’s compliance matters, resolves non-routine issues and escalates complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed.Works with external clients and legal counsel to resolve moderately complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY.Applies intermediate problem-solving skills, experience and judgement to analyze information; while utilizing communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.Provides clients information related to BNY products and services representing multiple lines of business and geographies and directs them to the appropriate resources, as needed.Uses knowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business development efforts.Participates in internal activities and initiatives that are designed to improve the client experience and will also recommend process improvements.This role does not have any direct reports, but will have the opportunity to provide guidance to less experienced team members.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent5-9 years of work experience in the financial services industryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks/projects and prioritize accordinglyAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $79,000 and $113,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
