Here's the scoop:
Lead, manage, and motivate your team to supply the highest level of guest satisfaction and top-notch product quality.
Execute the day-to-day operations in one of our stores.
Meet and succeed in profit and loss goals.
Lead, supervise, and train in product preparation, including portioning, packaging, and cleaning. Manage cost controls and inventory.
As a General Manager, we offer:
Monthly bonuses averaging between $500 - 700.
An established career path plan with continuous, ongoing training.
Medical and dental insurance after 30 days of employment. Life insurance paid by the company.
401K with company contribution and profit sharing after 2 months.
Paid vacations and paid holidays.
